This remote session is designed to help you upgrade your Crypto Application Server (CAS) and terminals to the latest server version.
The upgrade session typically takes 2 hours.
When your CAS or terminals are running version 20230801 or older or your operation has more than 100 terminals, please contact us for a personalized quote. Be sure to provide details on the number of terminals to be upgraded.
Please note that upgrades may not always proceed smoothly, and additional costs may apply based on the time required for the session. These costs are typically calculated based on the number of terminals and the versions of both your terminals and CAS. Additional charges are billed in 30-minute increments at a rate of 100 USD per half-hour.
The session itself is conducted remotely, where our expert technician will guide you through the process while you observe their steps.
