Server Upgrade

The session typically takes 2 hours, but this applies to operators with a small number of terminals running the latest software version (not older than 2023-08-01). If your CAS and terminals are running an older version, please contact us for a personalized quote. Be sure to provide details on the number of terminals to be upgraded.

Please note that upgrades may not always proceed smoothly, and additional costs may apply based on the time required for the session. These costs are typically calculated based on the number of terminals and the versions of both your terminals and CAS. Additional charges are billed in 30-minute increments at a rate of 100 USD per half-hour.

The session itself is conducted remotely, where our expert technician will guide you through the process while you observe their steps.
