We recommend our Maintenance service every two years to ensure smooth, issue-free operation throughout the upcoming period. This service is ideal for customers who want to avoid unexpected downtime caused by hardware failures.
The maintenance typically takes no more than 1 hour per machine and is performed onsite at your terminal location. Please provide details of your terminal locations and hardware configuration when placing the order.
Please note that this service is currently available only to clients operating within Europe. Travel expenses associated with the technician's journey to the designated location are not included in the service price and will be calculated individually.
